"Special Selection Boys & Variety" to Be Held at Asakusa Toyokan

A special performance by the Boys Variety Association, "Special Selection Boys & Variety," will be held for one day only on Wednesday, September 30, at Asakusa Toyokan.

Unlike the regular late-month (shimo-seki) run, this is planned as a special program gathering hand-picked performers and acts, condensing the appeal of the boys-variety genre.

The unique entertainment style that combines instrumental performances, comedy sketches, and manzai-style monologues is very popular and is one of Toyokan's signature shows. Because this is a one-off performance, visitors are encouraged to check the schedule in advance before attending.

It is drawing attention as an easy-to-enjoy entertainment experience to drop in on while strolling around Asakusa.
