Highlights

In addition to chamber music, EGK performs in three parts: a double bass ensemble, "Converse," which plays well-known pieces, and the orchestra, "EGK Orchestra." The representative and concertmaster is Manato Nomura, and the conductor is Jun Hirao. Centered on alumni of the Waseda University Philharmonic Orchestra, the group delivers "music we create ourselves," something that can be pursued precisely because they are amateurs. An archive stream is also planned after the event.
