On Sunday, November 1, 2026, "M FOR:REST w PET" (pronounced M Forest with Pet), a women-only, fully private fitness studio, will open in Asakusa 4-chome, Taito-ku, Tokyo. It is operated by Alps Kogyo Co., Ltd.

Training with MIRROR FIT. and AI Posture Analysis

The facility is equipped with "MIRROR FIT.," a mirror-type smart fitness device. It offers more than 500 on-demand programs across over 15 categories, including yoga, Pilates, and strength training. LIVE lessons led by professional instructors are also streamed.

The AI posture analysis feature "BODY SCAN" lets you objectively check your body tilt and left-right balance. Exercise intensity can also be adjusted, so it is suitable for everyone from beginners to those who exercise regularly.

Fully Private and Pet-Friendly

The studio is fully private, so you do not share the exercise space with other users. You can work out at your own pace without worrying about others' eyes. Several kinds of drinks are also available, so you can relax after your workout.
