Columbia Dance Parade Kanto Regional Tournament

Columbia Dance Parade Kanto Regional Tournament

The Kanto regional tournament of the "Columbia Dance Parade," a celebration of ballroom dance held in the Asakusa area, is finally about to open, with the local community as its stage. Organized by the Columbia Dance Parade Kanto Regional Tournament Executive Committee, it will be a showcase where local ballroom dance enthusiasts present the skills they have honed day after day.

All seating is unreserved (open seating), so spectators who arrive early can choose their preferred spot. Tickets will not be sold in advance and will be available on the day only, so if you are thinking of attending, it is a good idea to check the doors-open time and reception procedures beforehand.

The venue, filled with elegant steps and perfectly synchronized pair dances, will be surrounded by gorgeous costumes and music, making it an exciting time even just to watch. Whether you have dance experience or rarely get the chance to experience ballroom dancing, it will be a valuable opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere unique to a live stage.

The event is expected to be lively with many participants and spectators, so why not give yourself plenty of time to get to the venue? Please come and enjoy a day when the passion of dance spreads throughout the streets of Asakusa.
