Special Yoga Lesson "SKYTREE YOGA" at the Tokyo Skytree Tembo Galleria

On June 21, 2021, International Yoga Day, Tokyo Skytree was certified as a "Sacred Place of Yoga" by the All Japan Yoga Federation (General Incorporated Association). To mark the occasion, a special yoga lesson, "SKYTREE YOGA," has been held since September 2021 at the Tembo Galleria, 450 m above ground.

• Meeting time and place: By 7:30 at Solamachi Hiroba, 1F, Tokyo Skytree Town
• Lesson time: 8:00–8:50
• Venue: Tokyo Skytree Tembo Galleria (450 m)
• Fee: 5,600 yen (tax included, includes observation deck admission)
• Capacity: 40 people (minimum 20 people required for the event to proceed)

Highlights

The lesson centers on basic poses that beginners can do comfortably and experienced practitioners can also enjoy at a relaxed pace. Practicing yoga while enjoying the view from the observation deck in the morning, when no one but the participants is there, is a special experience. After the lesson, you can continue to enjoy the observation deck.

An original pose exclusive to Tokyo Skytree, the "SKYTREE Pose," has also been created. Please note that yoga mats are not available for rental and must be brought by participants, and participation is limited to those aged 18 and over. The next event after this will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2027, with ticket sales starting on Tuesday, December 1.
