Three Meeting Rooms "TIME SHARING Tawaramachi USUI ANNEX" Open Near Tawaramachi and Kuramae

Adbar Co., Ltd. opened three venues on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors of "TIME SHARING Tawaramachi USUI ANNEX" in Kotobuki, Taito-ku, Tokyo, on September 18, 2026.

The venue is a 5-minute walk from Exit 2 of Tawaramachi Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza Line) and a 5-minute walk from Exit 5 of Kuramae Station (Toei Oedo Line). It is also a 9-minute walk from Exit A1 of Asakusa Station (Toei Asakusa Line), making it easily accessible from the Asakusa area as well.

Each of the three floors suits a different purpose

• 5th floor (44.09 ㎡): Seats up to 33 people in classroom style. Equipped with tables for three, casters chairs, a 55-inch large monitor, and more
• 7th floor (35.12 ㎡): Seats up to 25 people in classroom style. Also has a permanently installed large monitor and whiteboard
• 6th floor (52.02 ㎡): The largest free space of the three venues, with a recommended capacity of 40 people. Besides meetings, it can be used for studio shooting, interviews, and movie viewing

All three venues are open from 8:00 to 23:00, with a minimum usage time of 2 hours. Wi-Fi is free, and wired connections are also supported.

Food and alcohol at the level of a business networking event may be brought in (a bring-in fee applies for anything other than soft drinks), but catering is not supported.

Rates are 2,530 yen per hour for the 5th floor, 1,100 yen per hour for the 6th floor, and 1,870 yen per hour for the 7th floor (all tax included). The spaces can be used from one hour, which makes them convenient. They are expected to be used for a wide range of purposes, including meetings, training, seminars, and workshops.
