Stage Play "Great Escape" at Asakusa Hana Theater

From Thursday, November 26 to Sunday, November 29, 2026, the stage play "Great Escape" will be performed at Asakusa Hana Theater (2-28-1 Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo). It is a suspense entertainment comedy that combines an escape-room mystery game with a time loop and a touch of sci-fi.

Synopsis

The story is set in a real-life escape game called "Great Escape," held in a large mansion. If players fail to solve the puzzles within the time limit, they will be locked in forever by the mansion's master, Baron Dino. In the final room, the power goes out, and when the lights come back on, the man playing Dino has been stabbed to death.

The protagonist, Kotaro Kurata, has a unique constitution that causes him to time-loop once every few years. After going back one hour four times, the "fifth world" becomes reality. Together with his partner Maruyama, Kurata tries to prevent the murder and escape from the mansion.
