By carefully shaping each rice ball one at a time after the order is received, the shop delivers the warmth of freshly made onigiri.

The rice is a luxurious Koshihikari rice from Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture, known for its pronounced sweetness. The salt and nori seaweed are also carefully selected from domestic sources.
