Komeda Coffee Shop Wins Nationwide No. 1 in Summer Interior Decoration Contest

Komeda Coffee Shop Wins Nationwide No. 1 in Summer Interior Decoration Contest

The summer-themed interior decorations at the Asakusa ROX branch of "Komeda's Coffee" (Komeda Coffee Shop), located on the 2nd floor of 3G at Asakusa ROX, won first place in the summer category of a decoration contest that Komeda Coffee Shop branches across the country took part in.

In this event, staff at branches nationwide submitted photos of their carefully crafted decorations along with their thoughts behind them, and the rankings were decided through internal judging and voting. The selection of the Asakusa ROX branch from among so many stores is happy news for the local Asakusa community as well.

The store is filled with thoughtful touches that evoke summer, creating a seasonal atmosphere alongside the aroma of coffee. The winning display will remain on view in the store until September 30, 2026, so visitors can enjoy it anytime while sipping their coffee. Details of the initiative are also available on the official Komeda Coffee Shop website.

As a local store has been recognized in a nationwide contest, it is likely to draw attention as a local topic. Between sightseeing and shopping in Asakusa, why not stop by and take a leisurely look at the decorations that earned the top spot in Japan, with a cup of coffee? Invite family or friends and make some summer memories.
