Hashikura Mystery Rally: Shitamachi Dochu Hizakurige 2 ~Doll Otowa's Emotional Rampage~

The puzzle-solving event "Hashikura (Hashi-Kura) Mystery Rally: Shitamachi Dochu Hizakurige 2 Doll Otowa's Emotional Rampage," organized by the Kuramae Shopping Street and the Asakusa Mitsukekai, starts on October 27. This is the second edition following last year's, and about 1,000 people cleared it last year.

The story is about searching for the mastermind behind the "AI chip" that someone planted in "Otowa," a doll that has learned emotions. Participants get a booklet-style puzzle kit and register with the official LINE account via a QR code to advance the story. Planning and production are handled by "KAGENAZO" (FUN SPIRITS), which creates area-roaming puzzle events in various places.

Highlights This Year

• Both the Kuramae and Asakusabashi editions offer two courses, Beginner and Intermediate (the locations visited are the same, but the puzzles differ)
• Changed so that you can start from either area
• The difficulty has been lowered in response to last year's feedback that "the puzzles were hard"
• The event has been moved from last summer's period to autumn through year-end, resolving the issue of the heat
• Each route takes about 90 to 120 minutes, and the recommended age is 9 and over (no restriction if accompanied by a guardian)

The number of kit distribution locations has increased from 4 last year to 20, with shops and hotels in the area cooperating, including "Coffee Roasting Place En no Ki," Ningyo no Kyugetsu, and Shimojima Asakusabashi Main Store. Clear rewards can also be received at many of the distribution locations, encouraging participants to visit each shop.

The first 2,000 people to clear the rally will receive an original clear file and sticker. Among those who apply by November 30, 450 people will be selected by lottery to win a 2,000 yen shared voucher usable at about 50 shops in Kuramae and Asakusabashi until December 31. During the puzzle, Instagram posts from Gurutai will be delivered, and shops where you can stop by for a rest will also be introduced.

Participation is free, and the event runs until December 26.
